Wildr exists to give nature a full place again in the
built environment. By making nature leading in design and realization, Wildr contributes to cities that are livable, resilient, and future-proof. We reconnect people with nature.
We design, develop, and maintain green roofs, facades, and outdoor spaces that contribute to biodiversity, climate adaptation, and a pleasant living environment. In doing so, we mainly work with native plant species that suit the location and truly add value for insects, birds, and other animals.
By combining ecological knowledge with design, data, and collaboration, we ensure that nature not only emerges but also continues to function. Wildr believes in cities where nature is not an addition, but an integral part of the system. Buildings function as connected habitats, where biodiversity, climate adaptation, and livability reinforce each other.
We help clients not only with the realization of green spaces, but also with substantiating choices and building a strong business case.
We work for, among others, developers, architects, property owners, construction companies, and consultancy firms who want to integrate nature as part of their projects.
Our approach is based on ecological knowledge, experience, and data.
We monitor projects and use insights from research to continuously improve our designs. This way, we make impact measurable and build solutions that continue to work over time.
We collaborate with partners who share the same vision on the role of nature in the built environment. Each of them is a leading player with expertise in biodiversity and nature development.
It is precisely through this collaboration that Wildr makes a difference compared to traditional contractors.
